Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the day you receive your order. If you wish to initiate a return for any reason, please do so within this timeframe.

Eligibility Requirements For a return to be valid, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags intact. Proof of purchase such as your order confirmation is required. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

How to Start a Return Email us at support@brunovelari.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Order Cancellations If you need to cancel your order, please email us immediately. Once an order has moved into processing we cannot guarantee cancellation.

Damages and Incorrect Items Inspect your items as soon as they arrive. If you find any damage, defects, or received an incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Gift cards

Exchanges The quickest way to get a different size or color is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period Customers in the European Union may cancel or return orders within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in original unused condition with tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.

Customs Clearance We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures in the destination country. The timeline and release of packages are at the discretion of local customs authorities.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us at support@brunovelari.com.
