Refund policy
We want you to love what you order from Bruno Velari. If something isn't right, this policy walks you through how returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations work — in line with U.S. consumer protection laws.
The Short Version
- You have 15 days from delivery to request a return or exchange
- Return shipping is on us only when an item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong — otherwise it's the customer's responsibility
- Approved refunds are issued within 7 days
- Returns on orders over $100 are subject to a 20% restocking fee
How This Fits With Our Terms This policy works alongside our Terms of Service and should be read together with it.
Your Return Window Requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your order. Anything submitted after that can't be accepted unless consumer law requires otherwise.
What Qualifies for a Return To be eligible, items need to be:
- Unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- Returned with all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories, undamaged
- Free of washing, alterations, customization, or damage
- Tried on for fit-check purposes only, with no signs of wear beyond that
What We Can't Accept We're unable to process returns or exchanges when:
- The item doesn't meet the conditions above
- Original packaging, accessories, or labels are missing
- Damage resulted from misuse, neglect, or mishandling after delivery
- The return was sent without prior authorization
Starting a Return or Exchange Every return and exchange needs to be approved before you ship anything back. Email us at support@brunovelari.com within your return window and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) involved
- Why you're returning or exchanging
- Photos, if relevant
Returns shipped without approval will be turned away.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know right away at support@brunovelari.com with your order number, a description, and photos where possible. After review, we'll make it right with a free replacement or full refund, as your consumer rights provide.
About the Restocking Fee A 20% restocking fee applies to returned orders valued over $100 and is deducted from your refund. This fee never applies to items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return Shipping Once your request is approved, we'll send return instructions and the address.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: we cover return shipping
- All other returns: the customer covers return shipping
Please use a trackable method — we can't take responsibility for returns lost in transit.
Refunds After we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 days, minus any restocking fee that applies. Keep in mind your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it.
Exchanges
- Instructions follow once your exchange is approved
- We ship the replacement after receiving and approving your returned item
- If your requested replacement is out of stock, we'll issue a refund instead
Cancellations Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as you can at support@brunovelari.com. We can cancel orders that haven't shipped yet — once an order is on its way, you'll need to follow the return process after it arrives.
