Shipping Costs Orders over $150 ship free. Orders under $150 carry a flat $7.99 rate, calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm.
Order Processing & Tracking Once your order is placed and payment clears, we'll send an order confirmation. When it ships, a second email follows with your tracking number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your door.
Getting the Address Right Double-check that your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We can't be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by inaccurate or incomplete address information.
When Delays Happen We do our best to hit our estimated timelines, but some things are out of our hands — peak order volumes, holidays, rough weather, or carrier hiccups. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please allow 3 extra business days. Still nothing? Email us at support@brunovelari.com and we'll help track it down.
Cancellations To cancel, reach us quickly at support@brunovelari.com. Cancellations are only possible before an order ships. After that, you'll need to follow our return process once the order arrives.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at support@brunovelari.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos where you can. We'll review and resolve it with a free replacement or full refund, consistent with your consumer rights.
