Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) Standard shipping takes 7–14 business days after processing. Free shipping is available on all US orders over $100.

International Shipping We ship to many countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days after processing, depending on your location and local customs processing times.

Free international shipping is available on orders over $100.

Please note:

  • International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery
  • These charges are set by your local customs authority and are outside our control
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing

Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and package size.

Order Tracking Track your order anytime at brunovelari.co/apps/parcelpanel. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update it before your order ships. Once an order is in transit we are unable to redirect it.
